There is a sensual quality to the artist work, a kind of flux between the principles of human activity and the passive qualities of that material where the gender rose are assigned distinctively by the artist and clay. This is the theme that is constant in the work of Xohan Viqueira. In this work, one can contemplate a long journey between the symbolism of figure and a personal abstraction. The origins of this work evolve from a serious study of visual expression of the primitive cultures and synthetic cubism to from a synthesis of a personal language.
