Fule International Ceramic Art Museums(FLICAM) are composed of a main building,exhibition halls,workplaces and ceramic museums established for different countries and regions,which aims at international cultural intercommunication including:

a).Ceramic exchange exhibition held periodically between China and other countries:at first,artists of that country come to China in batches to create and exhibite their works .This exhibition is two-way communication and held periodically and alternatively in both countries.

b).Establish ceramic art museum of that mentioned country to collect and display the works produced in Fuping and in other places.The ceramic masters of that country will be invited to work in Fuping for 2~4 weeks and donate some of their works as the initial collection of the museum.

c).Bilateral residency program in both sides of artists:this program will follow yearly.Two artists of that country can be invited to work in Fuping for a period of two months.Some of their works will be added to the ceramic art museum of the residency country.It is hoped that their understanding to the Chinese culture tradition or their feeling(perspective) to the Grand North-West of China can be reflected in their creations.A ceramic exchange program decision team composed by both sides shall determine all important issues concerning ceramic exchange.Members of this team shall totally include six persons --3 persons from that country and Mr.Xu dufeng,Mr.Fu qiang as well as Dr.I-Chi.Hsu from China.

The main building of FLICAM and the residents' living quarters and studio have been accomplished in 2004,more buildings such as Ceramic Documentry Museum,Australia Museum(can be called Oceanic Museum) will be constructed in 2005.Other museums taken into account involves Germany,Great Britain,Canada,countries and regions of South Europe,East Europe,Africa and Asia.
