成为画家还是陶艺家对于我来说很难做决定，最终我选择学习陶艺，但是很快我发现在创作陶艺的过程中我可以二者兼具：我的作品运用瓷泥浆和化妆土并采用刻划，描绘和镶嵌的方式进行创作。绘画的元素很简单：圈，点和线。他们在手工拉出来的坯体上景上添花，而不是去损坏坯体的原有形状。
The decision wether to become a painter or a ceramist was very hard for me. I finally chose to study ceramics, but I soon discovered that in creating ceramic art, I can be both：My work is scratched, painted, inlaid with porcelain and decorated with slips. The painted elements are simple: circles, spots,and lines 。 They complement the handbuilt and thrown forms ，rather than destroy them. |
