富平第一印象

      许以琪博士访问德国时来到我们家，他跟我们讲了很多关于陶艺村项目的设想，并展示了一些令人难忘的图片。他的来访促使我决定到中国。在初次参观和徐总的亲切接待之后，我清楚的知道一个伟大的设想已经变成了现实，而这是一个也许只有在中国才可能实现的梦想。这里新生了一个当代陶瓷艺术中心。依托西安历史古墓和震惊世界的陶瓷艺术大发现，这里将成为具有国际意义的陶艺中心。非常高兴能够来到这里，我一定会尽我所能。

      Dr. Ichi Hsu has already reported a lot to us in his visit in Germany and our home about the Pottery Art Village project and has shown some imposing pictures. This has motivated me to come to China. After the first walk here and the hearty receipt with chairman Xu it became clear to me that here a big vision comes true as it is possible so maybe only in China.Here originates a centre for contemporary ceramics arts which will be of international meaning by his nearness to the historical tombs in Xian and her world-famous ceramic findings. I am glad very much to be present here and will give my best.

作品自述

      My theme is human being, people’s behaviour and the communication without words.

Often I work with the means of humour. The laughter creates an access to the viewer. If the contact is produced once, I can also transmit serious thoughts.

My works always have two levels: A cheerful one and very serious one.

The experiences with the people and her culture in confrontation left tracks in my works.
